Town of Grafton General By-Laws
**PLEASE NOTE: UPDATED BY-LAWS **

The General By-Laws have been updated to reflect changes adopted at the October 19, 2009 Town Meeting and approved by the Attorney General's Office in February 2010.

Along with a number of minor technical changes, the By-Laws include three new Articles adopted at the May 11, 2009 Town Meeting:

Article 35: Affordable Housing Trust By-Law
Article 36: Stormwater Management By-Law
Article 37: Illicit Discharge By-Law
