Meeting Rooms and Town Facilities
Listed below are a number of calendars for public meetings and various facilities including conference rooms, fields, parks and other Town facilities.  Information pertaining to events and meetings are posted on each calendar.  Please read the information in each section regarding scheduling an event for your organization.  Scroll down to see a listing of all facilities or click on any one of the following links to go directly to:

Public Meetings Calendar

Calendar shows dates, times and locations of meetings of Town boards, committees, commissions, etc.  Please note that this is for reference only.  Meetings are posted at the Town Clerk's Office.  Agendas and meeting notices are posted in the main hallway of the Grafton Memorial Muncicipal Center based on the requirements of state law.  Please visit the Municipal Center if you have any questions.

Municipal Center: Conference Rooms,
Senior Center & Gymnasium

Listed below are the various rooms and facilities located in the Grafton Memorial Municipal Center including meeting rooms, Senior Center facilities and the Gymnasium. Use of meeting rooms is intended for town government meetings such as boards, committees, commissions, etc. as well as for general public use.  Scheduled government meetings receive priority over general community use.  Use of the Senior Center facilities are by prior arrangement with the Senior Center Director. The Municipal Center is handicap accessible and there is an elevator for access to the second floor conference rooms.

Interested parties must fill out a Municipal Center & Senior Center Use of Facilities form after reading the Rules and Fee Schedule.

Use of these facilities are coordinated through the Office of the Town Administrator.

Recreation Fields, Parks, Beaches
All Fields, Parks and Recreational Facilities are coordinated and managed by the Town of Grafton Recreation Department.  Please note that you are required to fill out a Use of Facilities Form if you wish to schedule an event and that you may be be required to pay a fee. Please review the Fields/ Facilities Policy before filling out an application.
