Town House Oversight Committee

The Grafton Town House Oversight Committee was formed in January 2009 to:

  • Coordinate opportunities that enable the highest and best use of the building;
  • Protect the building’s historic character and integrity;
  • Develop and implement marketing and development plans consistent with the historical nature of the building with a goal of generating revenue;
  • Participate in and facilitate fundraising opportunities;
  • Direct capital improvements in concert with municipal bidding processes; and
  • Receive direction from the Department of Public Works, the Town Administrator, and other municipal functions as needed.
