The Grafton Senior Center is for active, spirited individuals. You will find no one in a rocking chair knitting here. Our weekly activities are varied for everyone from their 60’s to their 90’s. Our Senior Exercise class is so much fun, it is hard to believe it is exercise. We even offer Zumba, Tai Chi, Mat and Chair Yoga, and Jog Your Noggin! We have special events, like a summer picnic, where we've been known to have a massive water gun fight. We often offer new programs so stay tuned. Our day trips are very popular also. In addition, tell us what you would like to see offered here, we very well might be able to do it!
Yes. One night a week, Thursdays, the Senior Center is open until 8:30 pm. You can join the pitch party, or come down for the TV, pool table, and friendship. With so many seniors working past age 60, the trend is for senior centers to be open during evenings and weekends. The Town of Grafton isn’t able to commit to that right now, but in the future it is certainly a consideration.
