The Grafton Affordable Housing Trust is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development of 48 affordable senior (55+) rental housing on a 2.41-acre (104,794 square feet) parcel of land located at 25 Worcester Street. The Trust intends to sell the property to the selected developer. The developer will be responsible for the design, construction, development, management of the units and any supportive services at the property. 

Documents with a complete scope of service are available upon request from Amber Diffenderfer, at . All inquiries should be made via e-mail no later than March 6th, 2023. Interested proposers are encouraged to attend a voluntary on-site briefing session at 10:00 a.m. on February 22nd, 2023, at 25 Worcester Street, Grafton, MA. The site visit is not mandatory; however, all proposers must familiarize themselves with the property by undertaking an independent review and analysis of physical conditions, regulatory constraints, required permit and approvals, and other legal considerations.

 All proposals must be received by Wednesday, April 5, at 12:00 p.m. Applicants shall submit a sealed, original proposal plus seven copies, including an electronic copy on a flash drive, clearly marked “25 Worcester Street Proposal” to: Bruce Spinney, Chair, Grafton Affordable Housing Trust, Grafton Memorial Municipal Center at 30 Providence Road, Grafton, MA 01519. 

The Trust reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this Request for Proposals if that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Trust.
