Absentee ballots are available for the September 4th State Primary Election!
State law allows registered voters to vote by absentee ballot if they are absent from town during normal polling hours, physically disabled preventing the voter from going to the polling place or unable to come to the polls due to a religious belief.
Voters who qualify due to one of the above reasons can apply for an absentee ballot for the September 4th State Primary Election no later than five o’clock on Friday, August 31st. Applications are available at the Town Clerk's Office, Municipal Center, 30 Providence Road during regular office hours or you can download an application from the State's website at https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleabsentee/absidx.htm.
